Intuitive, easy-to-use format

Has potential, but needs to better support
I’ve used Canvas at my institution and it has been a decent experience. It seems like they are continually making updates to the system and each time it gets a little better. The problem is that at times, the system seems a little buggy. Hopefully these issues will get worked out over time. They also need to build out more of their support resources for course builders / instructors.
